The Road Transport Department (RTD) expects the fees for car and motorcycle licences to go down following the new regulation that a licence applicant need only sit for a single traffic law test.
Its director-general Datuk Seri Ismail Ahmad said the RTD would make some changes in the computer system before implementing the system for a single traffic law test
